The Key-Mat Model 946 Seed Counter is designed to save
your company time, labor and money. An accurate and versatile
parts counter the operation of the Model 946 is simple and
easy, requiring almost no training at all. The unique optical
system features an external sensitivity adjustment; this allows
chaff and other small undesirable material to pass undetected.
The six-digit preset display employs a super bright LED providing
the operator with a crisp, clear readout. The optional dual
discharge chute and foot reset switch can greatly increase
productivity during batch count operations. The heavy-duty
feeder system will provide years of quiet, trouble free operation
and include a quick change bowl for rapid and complete clean
out.
Operating functions:
• Totalize: Accurately registers a complete count in
a given weight or volume.
• Sample Count: Counts a predetermined number of seeds
in a single sample.
• Repeat Sample: Allows a sample count to be repeated
with a single-touch.
