The US50 Mini
System available from Key-Mat is an economical choice for
low to medium production requirements. Combined with the 2200
series portable bag closer the US50 is the perfect choice
to bridge the gap between hand held and high production. The
sturdy yet versatile design can use 2 – 20 LB. thread
cones on the pedestal or up to 1 LB. cones on the head itself.
The sewing head and conveyer are easily height adjustable
for closing large and small bags. The very easy-to-adjust
conveyer speed ensures proper synchronization and the optional
casters roll the US50 to where you need it most. The 2200
series closer is very easy to remove for use elsewhere. System
is available without conveyer.
