The high speed and high performance BC100 series bag closing
machines are available from Key-Mat. The completely oil encased
system simplifies maintenance and increases part life while
low noise and vibration levels reduce operator fatigue. Designed
to run smoothly at 2,700 rpm’s the BC100 series is ideally
suited for use with high production systems as well as plain
sewing. Thread control permits the operator to easily set
a loose or tight stitch as needed and the variable pitch pulley/hand
wheel allows for quick speed adjustments. The BC100 series
is compatible for use with your existing equipment. Options
include: feed-in devices, folders, tape reel assemblies, thread
break detectors, pusher device and conveyors.
