The Key-Mat Model 1200T inline bag printer incorporates a time tested design with updated developments to fulfill today's bag coding requirements.

The Model 1200T will print one or more lines of information at the bag top after filling and closing. The large print wheel will accommodate up to a 21-inch bag and the single-cycle print design codes each bag in the same location. Front side, 2-'/2 -inch print height is standard.

The inking system permits the ink roll to be moved closer to the type fonts; this feature extends the ink roll life while insuring a crisp, clear and dark print. This design also eliminates the need for tools to adjust or change the ink roll, saving you time and money.

The Key-Mat Model 1200T allows your bag to be printed vertically, horizontally or both at the same time. Print wheel changes are quick and easy requiring no tools at all, and the dual drive rim design allows for smoother operation while drastically increasing the life of the type-backing ring. Installation and set-up of the Model 1200T is simple, and the variable pitch sheaves permit accurate timing with your new or existing equipment.

Mounting for the Fischbein Model 90 is included, however Key-Mat stocks mounting for several different sewing head/pedestal configurations, often at no additional cost. Mounting brackets manufactured to your specifications are also available. Key-Mat stocks and recommends the use of RIBtype for this and all of our contact coders and printers.

Ink Colors: black, blue, green, red & white.
Specifications: Aluminum & steel construction. 220VAC motors are available. 110 VAC 60hz TEFC gear motor. 4-inch print height models are available. Speed- 30fpm to 60fpm. 2 1/2-inch reverse side print also available.
